The Data provided by you during the registration process is displayed in your member profile.  The User ID that you create during the registration process
is always visible in your member profile.  Other Data not required during registration, but provided by you anyway may also be visible.  Your email address
is only visible in your member profile if you select an option in the member profile control panel to make it visible. You can change the privacy settings in
your member profile control panel at any time.

The California Fire Forum will make efforts so that your Data is not provided to third parties unless: (i) pursuant to legal process or law enforcement; (ii) we
deem it reasonably necessary to protect our legal rights and/or property; or (iii) a service provided on our site requires the interaction with or is provided by
a third party, by way of example an Application Service Provider.  In the event you choose to use links that appear on our site to visit other web sites, you
are advised to read the privacy policies that appear on those sites. We are not responsible for the content of the websites visited through links.

Like many web sites, we may set and use cookies to enhance your user experience, such as retaining your personal settings.
The California Fire Forum does not publish advertisements that set and access cookies on your computer.

standards.  Our website is hosted by, and our database is managed by Yahoo Business Services. While we have the utmost confidence in our web
hosting provider, there still can be factors beyond our control that may result in disclosure of Data.  As a consequence, we disclaim any warranties or
representations relating to maintenance or nondisclosure of Data.
